There are now Extra GP appointments in the evenings and at weekends available to City and Hackney patients. The opening hours are 4pm - 8pm weekdays and 8am - 8pm weekends and Bank Holidays. Please refer to Extended Access page for more information.

Thank you for choosing to register with the Allerton Road Medical Centre.

In order to register you need to live within a certain distance of our practice – We accept residents from N16, N4, N5 postal codes living within a certain distance of our practice. Please enter your postcode into the widget on the sidebar to check or call us on 020 8802 2882 if you wish to confirm that you live within our catchment area.

Please complete the following fields as fully as possible, this will help us to process your details. We will contact you to acknowledge receipt of your registration. The first time you attend the practice for an appointment we will need to ask you to complete a brief form and provide us with proof of identity.

Please note that we cannot currently accept registrations for children online. You need to be over 16 to use this service. Children are very welcome to register with us, but a parent or guardian needs to visit the practice to complete the form in person.

As a security measure all information provided on this form will be sent as a secure, encrypted email.

The Accessible Information Standard

The Accessible Information Standard is a new law to make sure that people who have a disability, impairment or sensory loss are given information they can easily read or understand.

The Accessible Information Standard tells NHS and adult social care organisations they must make sure people get information in different formats such as: – easy read, braille, advocate, British Sign Language (BSL), large print or email.

 Please inform a member of staff if you have any communication support needs. You need to help us make sure we get things right for you.
